Terms & Conditions

A $30 nonrefundable deposit fee is required for all bookings to be confirmed. Can or paid with a credit card or brought in person. You will not be charged another deposit fee if you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. We do not provide refunds for canceled or missed appointments. All prices listed are starting prices that may vary depending on other criteria. For example, Hair price may vary depending on the length, density, and health of the hair. Nail prices may also vary depending on the design you want.

Salon Policy

To provide a relaxing experience for all guests, children under the age of 5 or pets will not be allowed in the salon. For each booking, we cannot allow more than 2 guesses, including the receiver of the service. We are sorry for the inconvenience!

Payment Types We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express - with proper identification.

• Returned Payments We graciously accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express for payment. However, a $30 fee will be assessed for any returned payments.

Refund Policy

The Braiding & Beauty Empire does not offer refunds. We do offer adjustments to technical errors such as uneven curls or haircuts, uneven hair color, and bleed marks on hair color. Any errors need to be brought to our attention within 72 hours of your appointment. Any adjustment request made after 72 hours will not be accommodated. Adjustments need to be scheduled no later than 7 days after notifying the salon and need to be scheduled with the original stylist.
